Hey guys,
Just thought I'd start a topic on their houses, in Chagford is it? and London... We have all seen photos of the Little Barrell's house in Cornwall,
and it's beautiful... Do we know anything about Jen's homes?

Not really, we know the Chagford one is in a farm and is donkey years old.
Oh, I think we saw a bit of the kitchen in Hell's Kitchen. Ade was cooking his beef in there

I've often wondered that, and I think there was a bit of discussion about that in the J&J thread. She's so shy and private, but then she cast
her own daughter out of ease and availability, so perhaps she did the same with the house.
I'd french that Saunders any day. |

I just thought because the dog was there and it being old that they wouldn't move it around..unless that wasn't their dog either :/ |

I always thought that it was their house because I remember on top gear, Jen said she had a little Land Rover and I remember seeing one on the path in
the last series of J&J so I just wondered...

i really don't think Jen would let them film in her own house like that... she's far too private.. using her daughters and dogs is a completely
different thing.. non comparable.. she probably used her own experiences etc in the country in caroline.. as it is close to herself in that role..
hence the car etc.. but.. the actual house.. nah.. don't think so

You can see some of it on Fame Academy too. They film Ade inside for a bit and outside too...the bits you can see on FA don't look anything like
Caroline's house, as private as they are I don't think Jen would have used her own house for J&J.

I didn't think they had filmed the inside, maybe just the outside, would have saved time and money on looking for a location and getting permission
to film it. |

Have to admit I was thinking about it, too, when I first watched J&J. 
But then again, that would be far too obvious on the one hand, and far too private on the other as most of you already wrote.
So I'd actually go for a "no" here, as well.
But that's her magic, innit? Being so natural and lovable, yet keeping it all very private. So good for her. |

I first was convinced it was her house to because of the way the dog walked around in it: they don't do that if they don't feel comfortable. Also,
we could see lots of pictures on the walls of horses and doggies like Jen's, but that doesn't say much, I'm afraid.
Like Jella, I would be really surprised if she did use her own house as a set: I've always thought she would be far to private for doing such a
thing.

Nice pictures nice house
Its a traditional Dartmoor long house and no its not used in J & J - Pauline Mclynns blog during filming says inside shots were done in Pinewood
studios in London and outdoor shots filmed around North Tawton |

have filmed from a different entrance.

People.. this thread has the same rules as for instance the family pics thread... stuff that's been featured on tv or the news or w/e.. publicly is
allowed on here.. and can be discussed..
ALL other stuff.. speculations.. mentions of google earth and looking up their house etc.. is NOT!.. please.. they're private people.. that's their
